The purpose of the library’s digital signage is to promote information about library, governmental, and non-library educational, civil, cultural, recreational, or charitable activities likely to be of interest to the community. If staff determines the submitted files are compliant with the applicable provisions of the Albany County Public Library Bulletin Board and Pamphlet Display Policy, the files will be put on display. File size should be 2160px wide by 3840px high (Aspect Ratio: 9:16, Vertical). Accepted file formats are: png, jpg, and jpeg. Submissions that do not meet the file size or accepted file type standards will take additional time to be displayed and/or ACPL will be unable to post your submission. Please note that digital signage is updated every two weeks, around the 15th and the 30th of each month. We cannot ensure your files will be added to the signage outside of these dates.
