The Albany County Public Library Board of Directors is appointed by the Albany County Commissioners.

All regular meetings are open to the public, with a public comment period at the beginning of each meeting. The regular meeting time is 4:00 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday of each month. Meetings are held in person in the Library's Large Meeting Room, unless otherwise noted. Meetings can also be joined via Zoom at the following link:
