• Tech Help appointment: Please note that our earliest Tech Help appointments are scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance*.
• Reference and Research:  Requests may take between 14-21 days, depending on the nature of your request. 
• Reading Recommendations: 14-21 days. We strive to tailor high-quality recommendations to your specific responses. 

Please remember that we are unable to provide any tax, medical, legal, or financial advice, or complete forms or applications on your behalf. Refer to the Ask a Librarian page for the full list.

*Tech Help appointments are limited to one hour at a time with an allowance of five appointments per patron per year.
